SHIPPING

Return Policy

All sales are final, see below for exceptions.  We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizing, color, dislike of design, and etc. Please make sure you are choosing your selection wisly. 

You can return an item, within 15 days from receiving the item, if you receive a misprinted/damaged/defective item - including items with faulty printing, tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered.Note that colors may look different on your actual product than what you see on your computer monitor or mobile phone screen. An item that appears to have a change in the actual design size or color is not considered a misprinted/damaged/defective item. 

If you received a misprinted/damaged/defective item, contact customer service at support@Brownskingemsandgents.com to initiate the return process. All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions. 

Shipping Information

Our products are made-to-order. Apparel may take up to 14 business days to produce.  There may be a delay due to out of stock products. Keep in mind that this does not include the shipping/delivery times. We currently do not offer expedited shipping . 

After your order has been fulfilled, orders shipped to location typically arrive in 7 business days or less.  We are currently not accepting International orders.
